FEROA stores primarily rely on a third-party delivery service to ensure your orders arrive on time.
Delivery at Terbo takes a maximum of two to four days, depending on your location, allowing you to choose a convenient delivery time at any time of day or week.
For urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
We will deliver your order to the registered address.
If no one is available to receive your order at the registered address, we will ask you to contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. We will not attempt delivery more than three times. We are not responsible for any order that arrives more than 7 days after the initial delivery attempt.

Orders that are in stock will be processed within two days.
Delivery costs are calculated either:
At checkout, based on the product and delivery address.
Or, for special orders, after the order is placed, and added to your total order amount.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery time after you place your order. The delivery time is an estimate and begins from the shipping date, not the order date. The delivery time is a guide only and is subject to your order being accepted and approved.
We make every effort to process your order within two days of its placement, except in exceptional circumstances.
The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company's policies, the delivery location, the delivery method, and the products ordered.
